ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders can be placed through the Site. Once an order is placed and confirmed by email, it becomes binding.

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Please complete payment within 48 hours—unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.

If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors), we will notify you and refund any payment made.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products may slightly vary from images shown due to lighting and screen differences. Our jewellery is classified as costume jewellery and may experience natural oxidation over time. Please refer to our care guide to prolong the lifespan of your items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@umaani.com.au within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Return instructions will be provided if eligible. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging within 30 days.

Refunds are only processed after items are received and reviewed. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

DELIVERY
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
We are not liable for customs delays, weather conditions, or taxes imposed in your country. Once shipped, responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer.

MISSED DELIVERIES
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional redelivery fees may apply.

OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the product transfers to you once payment is received and the item has been dispatched.

CANCELLATION
We may cancel your order if:

  • Payment isn’t received
  • You fail to provide a valid delivery address
  • Delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts

DATA & PRIVACY
We collect and use your personal data to process orders, manage your account, and send marketing (if subscribed). Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes will be handled in Australian courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

By subscribing to UMAANI’s SMS service, you agree to receive recurring messages including order updates and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
