Shipping policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY – UMAANI
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your order value and chosen delivery method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing
Free Shipping Tiers (Australia & New Zealand Only):
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80 AUD
- Free Express Shipping on orders over $175 AUD
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free Shipping Tiers:
- Rest of the World: Free Standard International Shipping over $200 AUD
Please note: Import duties and taxes (e.g. VAT) may apply once your order arrives. These are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), contact us at support@umaani.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
- UMAANI is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping details, customs processing, or external carrier delays.
- Refunds for lost items will only be processed once we receive official confirmation from the carrier, which may take up to 8 weeks as per postal regulations.
